Plain English Summary: Use our service fairly. Our AI grades are estimates, not guarantees. Don't abuse the system. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using coingrader.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Description of Service

coingrader.app provides AI-powered coin grading and valuation estimates. Our service includes coin image analysis, grade assessment, value estimation, and collection management tools.

Important: Our grades are AI-generated estimates for informational purposes only. They are not equivalent to professional certification from PCGS, NGC, or other grading services, and should not be relied upon for high-stakes transactions.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • One account per person; no sharing or reselling of credits

4. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are purchased in packs as listed on our Pricing page
  • Credits do not expire
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as described below
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Refund Policy

First-time users may request a full refund within 30 days if unsatisfied with their first 5 grades. Contact support@coingrader.app to request a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload images you don't have rights to use
  • Submit fake, manipulated, or misleading coin images
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI system
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit grades without permission
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits
  • Overwhelm our systems with automated requests

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of coin images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to use the images to provide the Service and, in anonymized form, to improve our AI (subject to opt-out per our Privacy Policy).

Our Content

The Service, including AI models, grading algorithms, user interface, and branding, is owned by coingrader.app. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our technology.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • The accuracy of any grade or valuation
  • That grades will match professional grading services
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That valuations reflect actual market prices

You use our grades at your own risk. For valuable coins or important transactions, seek professional certification.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, coingrader.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless coingrader.app and its employees from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Unused credits are forfeited unless termination was due to our breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
